Experiencing anxiety, phobias, or depression can be overwhelming and make life lose its vibrancy.
It can feel like something is wrong with you and that your brain or genes are to blame.
However, these are all natural responses that have become imbalanced and can be changed relatively quickly without the need for medication.
Kia ora, My name is Etai, and I’ve been helping people create positive results in their lives, including lifting depression, easing anxiety and resolving trauma, since 2009
