Hi! My name is Ngairini. I'm an experienced Kaitohutohu/Counsellor in Whangaparaoa, Auckland (in person or online) and all of New Zealand (online). I also am a "Guidance Counsellor" i.e. Kaitohutohu ārahi.

I specialise in providing a wide range of effective therapeutic techniques for children and adolescents, adults and families.

I am passionate about the work I do and I am committed in providing beneficial therapy for clients affected by mental health related issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, trauma and grief.

Solution focused therapy, CBT and Mindfulness are some of the therapies, that I would apply when working with clients.
