My name is Anne and I have 9 years experience as a Counsellor.
Most of us at some time or another need some help when life gets on top.

In a session, we will explore together what is happening, in order for you to gain some insights and help you to move through stuckness, frustration, and grief.

I have helped a number of clients in different areas of phobias, anxiety, and OCD related thinking.

I have a range of therapeutic skills that address areas of anxiety, and have a few spaces open for new clients.

If you are experiencing over the top anxiety, lets get it sorted, and help you to get the reins back in your life.

I am trained in Solution focussed Counselling, Cognitive Counselling, and R.E.B.T.

I also use tools such as the Rewind Technique to help clients move beyond debilitating PTSD.

Qualifications and registrations

I hold a Bachelor of Social Science, - Counselling, (BSSC - Couns)
a Diploma of Ministerial Studies
and am a fully registered member of MNZAC.

My fee is $120 incl GST for an hour of counselling.
I also accept WINZ clients for subsidised fees.
