Hi, my name is David. I'm a Counsellor and Transformation Coach in Ellerslie - Auckland.

I offer non-judgemental and effective coaching and counselling, helping you gain the insights and teaching you the skills to help you deal with what you are facing.

What Services I Offer

 

My aim is to provide clients with the insights, knowledge and skills they can use to make the changes they need. 

 

• For individuals, I can help those wanting to grow or learn new communication skills and help those feeling frustrated, trapped, stuck, confused, anxious or depressed.

 

• For couples I can help with identifying the conflict and communication styles that are not working and teaching new communication skills to increase intimacy.

 

• For parents I can teach them the skills they may need to communicate more effectively with their children and teach them how they can help their children process their emotions.

 

My Counselling Approach

• Firstly, helping people identify what needs they have that are unmet.

• Secondly, teaching people the frameworks and skills they can use to meet their needs and make the changes they want.
